No region in Europe is like Gemer with his underground jewels-caves. Five of them are open to the public and are waiting for your visit: 1.) in the north you will be cooled by Dobšinská Ice Cave 2.) in the southeast enchants Domica - the largest cave in the Slovak Karst, 3.) in Krásnohorská Cave you can admire the largest stalagnite in Europe dressed up in cave overalls and with headlight lights, 4.) in Gombasecká cave 3 meter thin stalactites, so-called straws, the 5.) Ochtinská is the most beautiful aragonite cave in Europe and one of the four public accessible in the world.
