Falconry Kanát

Falconry is a family tradition in our country, the founder Jaroslav Kanát st. he got into falconry in high school, and this passion keeps him to this day, he passed on all the experience and knowledge to his son Jaroslav Kanáto Jr.  

We own the largest collection of birds of prey in Slovakia, the falconry court can certainly not be compared to the ZOO, as our customer has direct contact with a bird of prey, we have more than 30 years of experience in training, breeding and demonstrating birds of prey, we know what we can learn. We also collaborated on the fairy tale Sokoliar Tomáš, most recently on the beautiful film Kings of the Mountains, where our predators played alongside Jean Reno, the parents of these cubs are still in our falconry yard. 

We have 70 birds of prey, which we will professionally introduce to you and answer all questions.

If the situation allows, we plan to open the complex at Easter 2021, where the performances will take place on Easter Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday at 15:00, and during the summer there will also be our event called Summer in Mojín, where the falconry performance will be day at 18.00
