The Muráň Castle Games is back.

The Murán Castle Games are held every year at one of the highest castles in Slovakia, in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Muránska Planina National Park. This traditional event has been dedicated to families with children for 18 years. It was the same this time.

The bygone days of the famous castle known for its impregnability came to be commemorated by swordsmen from the Berezun Historical Fencing Group from Brezno.

The beauty and dexterity of birds of prey, as well as the art of cooperation between man and predator, were presented to visitors by the falconers from Sokoliarstvo Lukáš from Muráň.

In the courtyard of Murán Castle, there was also an evaluation of the competitions - LAG through the eyes of children and LAG in the lens. Competition organized by the Partnership Muránska planina - Čierny Hron.

Throughout the day, children, but also adults with a playful soul, could participate in various environmental games and test their knowledge of nature, learn something, but also have fun.

The children, who fulfilled all the tasks, were finally rewarded and during the ceremony by a knight from the Berezun group passed as a knight or court lady of Murán Castle. The line of brave knights and charming court ladies has expanded by more than a hundred.
