Information: about tourist, natural and cultural attractions of the city and its surroundings, about individual hikes around the city, but also about the possibilities of tourism in other tourist locations in Slovakia,

- about the use of free time, i.e. also about cultural or sports events and activities in the city, but also in the immediate vicinity (arranging a visit to the city museum, the Evangelical church and its tower)

- about transport connections to and from the city, but also information about train and bus connections in Slovakia

- about accommodation and catering options in the city and its surroundings, opening hours of shops and service facilities in the city

- about the opening hours of natural and cultural attractions in Slovakia, for example caves, castles, chateaux

If necessary and as far as possible, we will also provide for other requests of visitors.

Sales:

Tourists have the opportunity to purchase tourist maps, car maps, atlases, tourist literature, pictorial publications about the city and Slovakia, postcards of the city and surrounding nature in the shop. At the same time, the assortment of goods for visitors and tourists was expanded in the store to include souvenirs (mugs, pens, key chains, T-shirts, stickers, magnets) with the city logo.
